We started Kodoro Labs because we couldn’t accept businesses being held back. Every website we build includes SEO from day one, helping brands get discovered, grow faster, and launch with confidence.
We didn’t start Kodoro Labs because we wanted to build another web company. We started it because we couldn’t keep doing things the wrong way.
Before this, my team and I worked for a marketing company in Vancouver. On paper, everything looked fine, but behind the scenes, profit always came before people. Clients were charged over $100 a month for basic websites that were missing essential features. Startups were launching online already at a disadvantage.
I remember asking why we couldn’t include even basic SEO so new businesses could actually be found, grow, and stay with us long term. I was told clients would need to pay an additional $200 per month for SEO services. It didn’t sit right with us.
A month after one of those conversations, we made a hard choice. Despite a brutal job market and a lot of uncertainty, we left and started Kodoro Labs.
Our goal was simple: give businesses everything they need to be visible and credible from day one. Clean design, modern development, and built-in SEO without hidden fees.
We believe when small businesses thrive, more people get opportunities, more jobs are created, and the world becomes a little better. That’s what we’re building toward every day.
